Lubombo Catering Services (LCS) is a family-run management company with a unique management style. We do not believe in the approach of managing a facility remotely. Therefore, we can and do provide the necessary one-on-one attention required to manage and operate the various sections with a hands-on and personalized approach. The name Lubombo Catering Services is perhaps misleading as our vision is to provide more than just catering; it’s to provide a fantastic experience, whether through the food, the different functions and events that we organize, or just through the environments of the clubs and facilities.  

Our attention to detail, extensive planning, and relentless determination to succeed enable us to keep a tight rein on all aspects of each department we manage. 

LCS has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Our commitment to service and excellence guarantees that the various departments will be managed according to the highest standards in the industry. We pride ourselves in the events & traditions we have created from scratch to benefit the clubs financially and the community as a whole. These events go beyond the scope of supplying catering and management but rather to a fantastic experience for our community and Eswatini at large as they draw participants from neighboring countries and even overseas guests.

LCS Management provides hands-on, day-to-day management of the sections under our care. We are currently running Simunye Country Club, Mhlume Country Club and Mananga Lodge, as well as the Factory canteens, Sections and Apprentice Hostels. We have managed to increase the annual Total Turnover from 1.99 million in 1998 to over 55 million in 2022, and the conservative turnover estimate for 2023 is 75 million.

We maintain an open line of communication with our customers and clients and encourage feedback. A manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We are always aware that we manage a highly valuable asset and are the front door to the establishments we manage. We do this with pride, respect and professionalism that is second to none.

With its unique management style, the Lubombo Catering Services Management Team is devoted to creating enduring relationships with our guests and members by providing highly personalized service and gracious hospitality in an informally elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Our greatest asset, and the key to our success, is our people. We believe that true success is only achieved when a company combines the traditions of its local community with exceptional personal service.

We believe each of us needs a sense of dignity, pride, and satisfaction in what we do. Because satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many. LCS believes in a culture whereby we are most effective when we work together cooperatively whilst respecting each other’s contributions and importance to the organization, thus ensuring its success.

But the main contributing factor to our successful management model is simply because we self-manage. We pride ourselves on being personally and continuously available to our customers and staff, as we do not believe running a business remotely can be effective or successful.
